DELIVERY POLICY

        Delivery of our services (Activation / Premium key) will be sent to your email & your mobile phone via SMS as specified during purchasing.

        Orders are processed after payment has been received. Information regarding the status of your order shall be sent to the email address provided during registration. The content of your order shall be sent to you by email as soon as the payment confirmation has been received.

        The processing lead-time of your order depends on the means of payment you have chosen. Usually it does not exceed 10 minutes for on-line payments during opening time, maximum 3 hours . But If you encounter any problems during the payment or you experience a delay of more than 12 hours please feel free to contact us. Orders are treated and processed 7 days a week 24 hours active.

        We reserve the right to extend the processing delay of an order in the event of external factors beyond our control (e.g. crashes/breakdowns relating to the server, Internet, electricity supply, supplier service, agent handling payment, banks etc.).

        Its the customers responsibility to provide a valid and correct email ID & phone number as the product will be delivered to it. The customer needs to confirm that our emails do not end up in JUNK folder of your email.
